Have a ParaBody Serious Steel weight training syst...

Have a ParaBody Serious Steel weight training system and can not find work out instructions. Can not find the model number. Do have the serial number, #874106. Two other numbers (?), 0521090 112. Can you help?Please advise. Thank you
