When you press...

for Timex Watch W-3

...specific buttons on the watch since it is a chronograph watch, it seems that the second hand should automatically move clockwise "quickly" to the 12 o'clock position. It rotates to about 2 seconds after the 12 o'clock position instead. My watch which had been replaced 'worked' that way! Am I correct because I would like to return this replacement watch for one that operates correctly.
