I can't turn off the alarm. I don't have an OFF op...

I can't turn off the alarm. I don't have an OFF option, just ON or HIDE. Also, Alarm is not a choice using the Mode button. It will not stop alarming unless I hit the button while it is alarming. What to do...the Manual doesn't help.

0 does not fix the problem there is no off option in alarm mode? icon still shows on face how do i deactivate the alarm
