I bought my son a simple Armitron watch for Christ...

I bought my son a simple Armitron watch for Christmas hoping that it would be simple to set. Now, I'm totally frustrated!! When I look up the style and model number for guidance, I can't find any instructions for this particular model : All sport 45/7042.
