trouble shooting

for ProForm Treadmill 831.297773

Unit wroks but its makes a popping noise that i can define on front roller area left side or so. intermitent like a bearing woring out or so..

    Did you figure out how to stop the popping? I have the same problem, took it apart and it looks like the resistance mechanism keeps resetting itself I can't figure out to get it to stop
