Treadmill T9250 E6

for Vision Fitness Treadmill Treadmill. T9250 T9250

Can anyone help me with this problem I just change the panel of my treadmill everything is plugged properly I believe but now I get this E6 message when I open the treadmill and everytime the incline is going up an inch. Please can someone help me fix this proble thanx in advance.
