Treadmill lifestyler 8.0 9model831.297412)

for Sears Treadmill 831.295251

I purchased the treadmill used. It works well. But, can't get the auto incline to decline??? Is it a hydraulic problem or do I just not know how to lower it???? Any manuals out there??
