Reebok Fitness 8000ES Treadmill

for Reebok Fitness Treadmill 8000 ES RBTL69908.0

I removed the key before the incline had returned to zero, so I put the key back in. The incline proceeded to go to its maximum and will not return to zero. I followed the calibration tips provided in the manual but nothing works. HELP!!
