proform treadmill 831297231 does it have incline? ...

proform treadmill 831297231 does it have incline? If it does how do I get it to work? I did what I have read up on and it didn't work. The knob that you step on isn't very secured in its place. Also it is making a knocking noise when you are going slow. Is that normal?
