ProForm 770 ekg Treadmill

for ProForm Treadmill 775 CT PFTL72707.0

Put key in unit, automatically started inclining, then returned to level, hummed, belt didn't start turning. This happened once before, but it finally shut off and the treadmill actually started. This time the belt will not start and the incline/decline mode seems to be stuck on.
