nordic track exp1000

for NordicTrack Treadmill EXP 1000i NTTL09900

my wife was exercising on the treadmill and it just powered off. It is getting power at the electrical outlet. There is no lights or anything that comes on. where should i first start to look to find the problem? thanks!
