model TSC3

for Horizon Fitness Treadmill S.Class Series5

When I'm ready to start the speed winds down from lets say 30:00 minutes 29:59, then E1 comes on and in all this the treadmill never starts. Error code E1 comes on in the time space. Please tell me what to do Mike Furlotte
