I replaced the power cord after my tenents cut it…

for ProForm Treadmill 725 TL 831.297763

I replaced the power cord after my tenents cut it off. I replaced it w a extention cord but it still power up?! The switch is on and the fuse set. Does the fuse have a reset button because I try to push and it does nothing.
