I just recieved a gift of your Proform Crosswalk…

for ProForm Treadmill 365s CrossWalk 831.295030

I just recieved a gift of your Proform Crosswalk Dual Motion Crosstrainer w/ accusmart. I just cant figure how to lock the arms and control panel in the up position. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thank you for your attention to this matter. Scott Blythe
