trainer 550 not working

for Gold's Gym Home Gym GGTL04607.2

When I attach the key to use the treadmill, all it does it continuously raise the incline all the way up and then all the way down.

    Mine is doing the same thing, did you ever get it resolved? How?

    I emailed customer service about this problem and received a prompt reply which solved the issue for me. www.workoutwarehouse.com
    I had to press stop and speed up while inserting the magnetic key to enter "calibration mode" then scroll through that mode to re-calibrate the incline. After I did that my treadmill is working normally again.
