Screwdriver search?

for NordicTrack Home Gym NCCEL09940

Hello- We are trying to replace the pedal lag bushings and are unable to remove the screws that hold them together. Manual refers to this as a 8m patch screw. We have no screwdriver to fit this screw. Any suggestions are welcome! Natalie
