ramp

for NordicTrack Home Gym NCCEL09940

The ramp keeps getting stuck at the 30 degree level and wont move. I can hear the motor trying to move it but it just seems stuck on something. It happened one time before but I no longer have the manual and cant remember what I did to get it free.

    I appear to have the same problem. I was able to find the manual at the NordicTrack site, but could not find a solution to this problem. Have you been able to solve it?
