I am looking for the owner's manual and the training manual.

After looking high and low nearly an entire weekend long I finally found the manual and instruction course for the DP Gympac 2500DL..let me know if it'll help anyone who may still be looking for the manuals. These things are over 25yrs old and the company is no longer in business. WOW! What a find.

I now own an old DP gympac. I have no # on mine (eg 2500DL)but believe it is the same as yours. I have no assembly or workout manuals. Would be glad to pay for a copy of yours. Let me know

where did you upload it to, I have the exercise program, but not the assembly insturctions, would love to get them

I found this "Member Tip" line of questions and used the "Share" tab to upload .pdf files containing the assembly instructions for the weight stack and bench. I can see and access them in the "Recent User Activity" list on the right hand side of this "Member Tip" page.

I have the fitness manual for this unit but I need the assembly manual for it. Does anyone know where i can get it? IT is the wall unit with stackable weights. Thanks Dave.

I have a .pdf file of the assembly instructions for the Gympac 3500 wall unit and bench. I have tried to "share" it twice. I can access it after I "share" it, but others don't seem to be able to. If someone can explain how to "share" it so that others can view and download it, I will be happy to try again.

I have an old DP weight lifting bench from when I was a teen; it's well over 30 years old. My 13 year old son and I just took it down from the attic, but I can't remember what it looks like assembled, and am having a tough time putting the whole thing together. I can't find a model number on it, but it does have an incline feature, plus attachments for leg exercises, lat pull downs, and squat rack attached.
