no power

for New Balance Home Gym 8.0e

I recently moved and upon setting my machine back up I can not restore power. I've changed the batteries and trouble shooted...any suggestions. Could it be the actual power sorce that plugs into the wall is bad? If so, do you offer a replacement part?

    Same problem, when I plug I in the batteris do not work and th machine oes nothing? Is the AC damaged!? I only work with batteries.
