Question About Home Gym Unknown
Ni-Trac7 Cross Trainer...

This is a battery powered model purchased in New Zealand, at least 2 years old. Fully electronic, but I have no idea how to change the resistance or change programmes, nor did the lady I purchased it off auction- where is where she bought it from.
