Hi all, I am looking for the workout manual for either the "York Powerflex220 or the Weider "WESY5984" or any type of rubber band type of exercise bench that can give me a workout routine. ie...upper body, leg, chest, arms...ect. if you can help I would be very beholding, as I had a heart attack a couple of months ago, and would like to get into a fitness routine, further to the one I do for cardio.
