I have the manual, but I'm looking for a manual…

for Weider Home Gym 831.159830

I have the manual, but I'm looking for a manual that shows the exercises that can be done on this Weider Pro? Where can I find that? It's not in the user manual.

    I have the chart, but it's laminated and about 24 in x 36 inches.
