I have moved my Parabody CM3, had a professional…

for ParaBody Home Gym cm3

I have moved my Parabody CM3, had a professional disassemble it into three portions for moving, and have put it back together. Everything is fine, except that both arm cables are very stiff to pull out now. How can I rectify this? Thanks.
