5 Got one used, need to know how to use it properly. I printed out your Owner's Manual. Does not tell how to use it. Please help. We also need some parts. Will order later.

4 I also have a used TR2, and have been unsuccessful in finding a workout book or poster for it so I went to the bowflex website and found something similar to it and downloaded it and then picked the exercises that were in sync with my machine. Try it...
