(Healthrider AIRE STRIDER E60 HREL59930

for Healthrider Home Gym AIRE STRIDER E60 HRCCEL59930

I have a broken pulley/crank (spot welds have broken). I am unable to get the crank arm off the pulley. If/when I get that task completed, I'm not sure how to get the pulley off the apparatus. Any help will be very much appreciated!
