Error Code E-2 what does ti mean when it comes…

for Schwinn Home Gym 113/213

Error Code E-2 what does ti mean when it comes up on the screen and then nothing works until I unplug the bike for 5 or 8 minutes and then re start the bike. No info about this in the owner's manual I got wit the bike.
