Display flickers then treadmill shuts down

for ProForm Home Gym 700

When I push the power key in, the display looks normal. Once I set a speed, however, there are small flickers in different displays, and then the treadmill quits working (PO is displayed). When reset, the same thing happens. Any ideas?
