Crank arm too tight

for ProForm Home Gym XP 130 831.28544.2

The left crank arm is so close to the case for the fly wheel that its rubbing and creating plastic dust/shavings. Then on the other side the right crank arm is sticking out about an inch and it wobbles (just on that side).
