clunking at 90 degres forward on left side

for ProForm Home Gym 700

I hav e a clunk and a bad vibration when I reach 90 degres forward on the left side. I have pulled side cover and can not isolate the problem. Nothing seems to be loose.

    Can anyone explain how to remove brake assembly? Its stuck and won't release. Does anyone have a repair manual for the 650?
