Target Zones

for Timex Heart Rate Monitor M821

How do I switch between the zones? Mine is currently set for 162-180 - default. Can't find any instructions in manual - can anyone help please? Thanks

    press MODE until you reach SETUP, press and hold STOP/RST-SET button then press the START/LAP to change to different presets or go to Manual and set you own
