3 I am in need of the manual.... or the information on how to set it up to track my heart rate. I figured out the time, date, age, weight etc... but what do I do to get he band for chest to work with the wrist watch?

0 I have a older model monitor but cannot figure how to use it. I do not even know how to find the model. It is the wrist watch with a heart monitor strap. Can anybody help??
