Question About Fitness Quest Exercise Bike 595r
Tension adjustment...

The bike is too hard to pedal in the mimium position or when the bike is off. would like to know how to adjust

0 I too have the same problem. The adjustment I found inside the main chamber is not easy to get to with my big hands. make sure to adjust both sides equally!

0 I have this same problem and have taken the sides off the bikes but cannot find what you adjusted please explain more.

0 If you remove the front left cover, there is a small motor which drives the tension adjuster. It has a cable with an adjuster and lock nut . Loosen the locknut and turn the adjuster clockwise until tension is satisfactory.
