Life Fitness 9500 Front Drive Elliptical - does anyone have a manual for this unit. I keep coming across the rear drive but not the front one

    Got a problem got a remanufactured one from a fried. When using the cross trainer mode everytime I am directed to reverse direction a loud bang starts on left side and continues with each revolution of the pedal. The tech folks at Life fitness was not too helpful .
