We just bought this product used from a friend, plugged it in and blew our breaker in the house. Found an outlet that it worked on... then the belt stopped working. Everything else works, the speed and numbers, and fans, my husband took apart the top plastic cover off and looked at the fuse...its ok..but a transistor or resistor on the circuit board is black and looks like its burnt. can this be fixed? Thank you.
