My old - but good NordicTrack PT 6.0 powers on. Incline works. Indicator lights seem to work properly. When setting speed belt does not move. Get error reading of E21. Did continuity check of motor - seems ok. Checked all wiring sees ok. I live in the mountains and we have lots of lightning. Had several power surges last night. Help please Bill
