I have a nordic track treadmill C2150, It will not...

I have a nordic track treadmill C2150, It will not come on when I put the key on. There is power going to the treadmill from the electric outlet. Could it be a fuse? I don't have a manual. Also how can I find out more about the I fit program, how to use etc. Thanks Theresa
