i cannot get the ntmc29930 wireless workout to con...

i cannot get the ntmc29930 wireless workout to control my treadmill despite compatibility with the NT E2500..the ifit test works with ionizer button but then nothing once the ifit CD is playing...i tried moving the wireless to different spots near treadmill..no luck..HELP
