How do I get it to stop squeaking when the incline...

How do I get it to stop squeaking when the incline raises? Is there any way to lubricate it? I didn't see it in the manual provided on this site (we bought it from a private party).

0 The manual only says the walking belt is prelubricated but doesn't say how to oil where the squeak comes from when it inclines. Any help, please
