c2200 keeps blowing circuit breaker in room not wh...

c2200 keeps blowing circuit breaker in room not when you turn it on or start running on it but if it pauses and you try to start running again. It has been in the same room/no changes to room or use for years. I have reset the button underneath and it still happens. Yes it is on a single surge protector.
