Question About NordicTrack Home Gym NTEX3196.0
U300 feels like pedals no longer attached...

Was biking and went into 'coasting' mode. Hear a THUNK and now it feels like pedals are not attached to anything any more. Opened unit up and there is a lot of black rubber pieces on the bottom. Belt is intact but still no real resistance. Unit is about 1.5 years old, is this a replaceable part??

0 Mine is the same age and developed the same problem. I called tech support, who sold me a new clutch assy for $169. Extremely hard to install and didn't solve the problem. It seems that the belt is worn out . . . new one is $58 and out of stock for the next month . . . not happy!

0 My panel stoped working, I thnk thal lost the touch panel it doesn't respond or change programs or speed
