Question About NordicTrack Home Gym NTTL09710
Treadmill Noise...

My treadmill bangs with every step I take, and if I go over 6 miles/hour it starts making a metalic clanking sound as well. It sounds like it's comming from the walking platform, not the motor, but I can't find anything loose, what could be wrong?
