Resistance doesn't increase as higher level numbers are hit.

5 I had this problem and fixed it. Take the covers off over the flywheel (need a long cross point screwdriver). When the resistance is changed, the small motor should unwind a cable moving the magnets closer to the flywheel. If the motor is not turning check the connectors. If the motor is turning, adjust the cable such that the magnets get closer to the flywheel.
