just brought my tredmill home.. set it up .. went over everything twice and it still wont work properly .. the consoel comes on but I am not able to operate the fan or any buttons on the console .. when I add the key it runs at 1 mph , you can not change the incline, speed or add info for fitness journal .. HELP .. how can it be broken before you even get it up and running ... not happy
