THE SYSTEM HAS NO TENSION INCREASE OR BACK TO DECREASE. WHEN THE DIFFERENT SPEEDS (1 - 16) ARE SET, RIGHT NOW IT ONLY HAS ONE SPEED (1 OR 2) IT WILL NOT TIGHTEN AS I PUSH THE DIFFERENT SPEED SETTINGS, WHAT CAN THIS BE ?
