Question About NordicTrack Home Gym NEL90950
nordictrack cx 1055...

i need a manual to learn 'how to' on this machine. Bought it used and he had no manual... it has the 3 speed fan, heart monitor, 10 programs, 10 step levels etc. any help would be appreciated
