My NordicTrack treadmill works fine except that the incline is now stuck in the most upward position. I have tried to recalibrate the incline by pressing any of the incline buttons with the key in the console. This is supposed to start the incline moving and then you are supposed to remove the key and reinsert in a few seconds. This does not help and it is still stuck in the up position. Help!! Thanks!!
