I need to know how to power my NordicTrack TRL 610...

I need to know how to power my NordicTrack TRL 610 exercise bike? the display is not working. Does it take batteries?? if so, where?? Does it charge when you ride it?? if so, how long does it take?? PLEASE HELP!!! I want to use my bike!!
