Cx1055 Elliptical shuts off after about 1 minute. ...

Cx1055 Elliptical shuts off after about 1 minute. It does not seem to recognize that there is a rider or movement on the elliptical when using and turns off automatically. I already checked the magnets to make sure they are where they need to be and it looks ok. I don't know what else to look at. Thanks
