it turns on but it won't move and then it shows E1

0 Call 1-800-321-9236 after looking in the vent on the right of your treadmill to see if both red and green lights are on. If just the green light is on, then check the push in fuse that is located on the back of your treadmill by the plug in/switch. Not using a dedicated 20 amp plug will cause the circuit board to burn out. Really! I am serious!
