my mongoose ledge 3.1 rear sprocket set came apart...

my mongoose ledge 3.1 rear sprocket set came apart after 3 miles (Bought assembled at wal mart pace fl). I put back together but could only hand tighten the rear wheel sprocket nut holding it together. Wont stay together. what can I do.
